It’s the End of the World as We Know It!
Where is All This Coming From?
Rev. Dr. Michelle Morris

Revelation 5:1-6:8
It is natural when we go through something hard to wonder what is making all of this happen. It is also natural to lay the blame at the feet of God. And it is natural to then question whether that makes sense at all too. As we explore this passage of Revelation, we will make space for that ambiguous reality in the midst of struggle.

Helpful Revelation Pamphlet
Our September sermon series will cover the Book of Revelation, but perhaps from a direction you haven't tried. Pastor Michelle has a favorite resource for people to use for this confusing book of the Bible, a pamphlet by Rose Publishing entitled "Understanding the Book of Revelation." We have ordered some copies, and if you would like to purchase one, click HERE.

Pastor Michelle's Bible Study returned September 4
Pastor Michelle's Wednesday night Bible study returned on September 4. We meet from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. (you can arrive or depart anytime in that window) in the Gathering Room. In the month of September, we will be doing a deeper dive in Revelation to coincide with the sermon series. All are welcome to join us in person, or online at this LINK.

Friday Fun Fellowship is Back!
Fun Friday resumes September 27th at 1:30pm!

Now that summer activities are over and school’s back in session, let's celebrate our freedom from work by getting together to play games! We’ll meet in the Gathering Room from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. Feel free to bring a snack to share if you’d like, and don’t forget to bring your own drink (non-alcoholic, of course).

For the fall, unless the group decides otherwise, we will meet on the third Friday of each month those dates are Oct. 18 and Nov. 15. We'll discuss whether to meet in December, and if not, we’ll resume in January.

Looking forward to our Fun Fridays with you!

Missional Prayer Team has moved our meeting time
The Missional Prayer Team now meets on Mondays at 1 p.m. to allow some of our team to attend Pastor Ray's Bible study at noon. We would love to have anyone with this call to lift others up join us in the Parlor. You simply must have a heart for prayer and a willingness to honor confidentiality.

School Volunteer Sign Ups
It is never too late to help our schools! Our online signup for volunteering to help the schools continues to be active. At any point you feel God tug on your heart to help out, sign up HERE
