Beer & Hymns | American Rock 
We're jamming to Classic American Rock this month as we raise our glasses, raise our voices, and raise funds for Soldier Songs and Voices of Northwest Arkansas! Join us at Tontitown Winery on 7/21 from 5-7 PM as we support SSVNWA's mission to foster a creative and supportive community of veterans through music instruction, performance, and outreach.

Family Movie Nights this Sunday at 7 p.m. on the Greenspace (or Hines Hall if weather doesn't cooperate). Each Sunday we will watch a different Disney movie that will be related to worship the following week. Bring blankets, chairs, and any snacks or drinks you want to have, and enjoy watching movies together! Here is the schedule:

July 28 - Sleeping Beauty and Maleficent (double feature)

Beverly Casper Taking Over Tornado Recovery
Beverly Casper has volunteered to take over tornado recovery efforts through our church. If you still need help or know someone who does, or if you would like to volunteer when teams come in from other areas, contact Beverly at   or 816-820-0531.

Disaster Recovery Training in Sherwood
Early Response Team (ERT) Basic – Become an Early Response Team member! Be part of a team that offers a caring Christian presence as you participate in safely cleaning-up and securing disaster-damaged homes and property. This workshop covers the guidelines that allow ERTs to be productive and caring while causing no further harm or being a burden to the affected community. Other topics include the who, what, when, where, and how of doing ministry, as well as hands-on experience in the specific tasks that early responders are expected to accomplish. Participants must demonstrate competency and pass a background check prior to certification.

Basic ERT (Early Response Team) and a special Narcan training. This ERT class is required before you are able to take the Chainsaw Safety Course

Lunch will be provided (during this time there will be a brief workshop on Narcan with some being sent home with you).

There will be no cost as this is an introduction to Sheri and Andrew as new trainers

Chandra Rogers has joined our church staff as the new Church Office Accountant. She will be handling the majority of tasks related to money and membership management. She has already made a great impression with her fantastic chocolate chip cookies and warm and welcoming spirit.
