In Case of Pastoral Emergencies
Pastor Ray’s return from seeing his new grandbaby in Minnesota has been delayed by a few days. While both he and Pastor Michelle are out, Rev. Don Hall is available for emergencies. Call the church office or his cell (501-529-4229) if you need a pastoral presence.
All Committee Leadership Meeting
All members of the committees required by the Book of Discipline of the United Methodist Church (Church Council, Staff Parish Relations, Finance, Trustees, and Lay Leadership) will meet for a special leadership training and visioning meeting on Saturday, January 25 from 9 a.m. to noon on the Second Floor in the Youth Area. If you are appointed to any of these committees, make plans to attend!
Free Pandemic Cookbook
Pastor Michelle contributed to a cookbook that came out online recently called Covid Comfort: Recipes and Stories from Pandemic Cooks. There are recipes and stories from those crazy early days of the pandemic when everyone was cooking at home. You can find the cookbook HERE.
Fun Fridays
As requested by the Fun Friday folks, Fun Fridays will meet every Friday beginning January 17 from 1:30-3:30 in the Gathering Room. Be weather aware and know that if Bentonville Schools are out due to snow, the church is closed too. We hope to see our regular players and many new ones too as we enjoy indoor games, fellowship, and laughter on Fridays. Remember to bring your own nonalcoholic beverage, and if you want, a snack to share. See you Friday!
