Rich Man, Poor Widow

Mark 10:17-29; 12:41-44
Where is our security? For the rich man, it seems like it was in his assurance in how the world was supposed to work, and in his belief that his stuff would keep him safe. The poor widow will come along and flip all of that on its head. How is Jesus inviting us into the freedom of letting go?

Foolish Love Lenten Series
For Lent this year we will learn about the Foolish Love that Jesus calls us to share. Our church has created a study guide, videos, and a daily devotional to accompany this study. We will have some print copies available of the study guide and devotional, or all of the materials can be accessed online at this link. We hope you will join us as we explore the depths of love this season.
